1. INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICES AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE ACT
In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Act 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is hereby disclosed:
That the domain aptivatalento.com, hereinafter the Website, is registered in the name of APTIVA TALENTO, E.S.P.J. with registered office at C/ Oporto, 19 36201 - Vigo (Pontevedra); a company provided with Tax Identification Number (CIF) E75642744, hereinafter THE OWNER.
2. TERMS OF USE
I.- USERS
Access to and/or use of the Website aptivatalento.com grants the status of User to the person performing it, who accepts, from that very moment, fully and without any reservation, these general conditions, as well as any particular conditions that may, where appropriate, supplement, modify, or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and contents of the Website.
II.- USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES, AND CONTENTS
The User undertakes to use the Website and its services and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted practices, and public order.
Likewise, the use of the Web for illegal or harmful purposes against THE OWNER or any third party, or which, in any way, may cause damage or prevent the normal operation of the Website, is prohibited.
Regarding the contents (information, texts, graphics, sound and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.), the following is prohibited:

THE OWNER may modify unilaterally and without prior notice, whenever deemed appropriate, the structure and design of the Website, as well as modify or eliminate the services, contents, and conditions of access and/or use thereof.
IV.- HYPERLINKS
The establishment of any "hyperlink" between a web page and the Website shall be subject to the following conditions:
- The reproduction, in whole or in part, of any of the services or contents of the Website is not permitted.
- Except with prior and express consent, the web page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, business sign, denomination, logo, slogan, or other distinctive signs belonging to THE OWNER.

V. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
THE OWNER grants no warranty and shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may arise from:
- The lack of availability, maintenance, and effective operation of the Web and/or its services or contents.
- The lack of usefulness, adequacy, or validity of the Web and/or its services or contents to satisfy specific needs, activities, results, or expectations of users.
- The existence of viruses, malicious, or harmful programs in the contents.
- The reception, obtaining, storage, dissemination, or transmission of the contents by Users.
- The illegal, negligent, fraudulent use, or use contrary to these General Conditions, good faith, generally accepted practices, or public order, of the Website, its services, or contents by users.
- The lack of legality, quality, reliability, utility, and availability of the services provided by third parties and made available to Users on the Website.
VI. DURATION
The duration of the provision of the Website service and its services is of an indefinite nature.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of the Web service or any of the services that comprise it, under the same terms set forth in the third condition.
VII. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
APTIVA TALENTO, E.S.P.J. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile for any issues that may arise or actions exercised derived from the provision of the Web service and its services and contents, and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance, or breach of what is established herein.
In the event that the User is domiciled outside of Spain, APTIVA TALENTO, E.S.P.J. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo.
3. OPT-OUT OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
In accordance with the Information Society Services Act 34/2002, the user is guaranteed the possibility of opting out of receiving commercial information within a maximum period of one month from the time they communicate their intent via email to info@aptivatalento.com.
